Now that Summer is officially here, it’s time to break out the thongs and shorts.
Souls Massage Thongsare “funky Australian beach thongs, celebrating their 10 year anniversary this Summer Season”.
Made from a combination of EVA foam and natural rubber, these thongs are covered in bumps, or bubbles, which massage your feet as you walk.
Both James and I were given a pair of these thongs to try and while he wore them daily from day dot, I have done so on and off. On the first wear, we both found they hurt our feet. I gave up while James wore them in.
Now, he has started complaining when he pops on his old pair that they’re ‘too smooth’.
Every summer, James wears his thongs and every day of every summer he complains of the pain they cause his back, however, with these Souls Massage Thongs he has
mentioned he believes his pain has decreased. I must admit, I have since paid attention and noticed a decrease in whinging about his sore back.
I have slowly worn mine in and even James has given it a go for me (as you can see in the photo above) and I do like them but I’m still not quite at the stage where I am simply walking – I am still conscious of the bumps.
