Between moving to a colder town, starting the girls in Day Care and dance and living in a small space with so many people, we have practically begged sickness to come join us.
Since moving in with my mum in March we’ve had one thing after another, not to mention a whooping cough scare (we got the all clear) and quite a few weeks of coughs. Let’s just say it’s been exhausting.
We tried some chest rub on the girl’s which they weren’t thrilled with and as Jasper is under two we had to buy the baby-friendly version. The ‘lavender scent’ made me feel sick and it was a real hassle to use.
Thankfully, I recently received a tube of Euky Bearub to try. I had actually never heard of it, even though it’s been around for over 35 years!

I love the smell, as I am a big eucalyptus fan, as does Kahlei. She will ask for her ‘medicine’ before bed and tells me that it ‘makes my warm’ when it’s rubbed in. Ellie is not so much a fan, but will tolerate me putting it on when she’s unwell because she knows it will make her feel better.
I am particularly fond of the easy to use tube which eliminates the problems associated with having a Little Miss “I’ll do it myself”. I can squeeze out a little dollop and she’s content that she is being independent and anyone who’s had Vicks under the nails will know this is wonderful.
